Between us we have a wealth of knowledge and direct experience of organisational leadership and management and the many tasks and skills that this requires.   As a result, we know that while formal qualifications and academic study are of benefit, all the theory in the world is not enough when dealing with some of the toughest realities on the ground.  Added to this we believe in people and their ability to rise to any challenge when inspired, supported and equipped for the tasks at hand.
